Refund Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return new items sold and fulfilled by BJ online or in-store for a full refund, excluding customized items. All shipping charges for returns must be paid in advance. We require that returned items are insured during delivery (such as Australia Post ‘Extra Cover’) to safeguard against loss. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. BJ will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.

1. Change of Mind in 30 Days:

The 30-Day Change of Mind policy applies to items that are in like-new condition and are accompanied by evidence of purchase. ‘As New Condition’ is defined as an item that has never been worn and is in perfect condition with no damage, scratches, or evidence of wear. BJ has exclusive discretion in determining whether an item meets the criterion of ‘As New Condition.’ The 30-Day Change of Mind Policy does not apply to special orders or pieces of jewelry manufactured to a customer’s specifications.

2. Consumer Law in Pakistan:

Under Pakistan Consumer Law, our goods and services come with assurances that cannot be disclaimed. In the event of a catastrophic failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as reimbursement for any other reasonably anticipated loss or damage. If the items fail to be of acceptable quality and the fault does not amount to a major failure, you have the right to have them repaired or replaced.
